Ilford PANF+ 50 120 Film

The grain on this is so fine that even a heavy crop in the scanner stays silky smooth, which is exactly what I needed for copying old documents. Edge contrast gave my line work a crisp pop without blowing out the midtones.

The tonal range on this 120 roll is really wide, giving my landscapes a beautiful, silvery look with deep blacks. I shot it on a tripod and the edge contrast made the tree branches pop perfectly.

Cranking the contrast up on this ISO 50 stock gives me exactly the crisp, punchy negatives I need for scanning old architectural blueprints. The tonal range is wide enough that even the faintest pencil marks come through clearly.
