Richard ★★★★★

Tried this on a gray, overcast day and the wide exposure latitude really saved me—plenty of detail in both the dark trees and bright sky. The grain is impressively fine for 400-speed film, too.

Carter ★★★★★

The grain on this is so tight it could pass for a slower film, which made my portraits pop without that gritty look. I pushed a roll two stops in low light and the wide latitude really saved the shadow detail. Sticking with this as my go-to B&W for sure.

Henry Q. ★★★★★

Shooting with T-Max 400 for the first time and the wide exposure latitude saved me when I misjudged the light on a cloudy afternoon—the negatives came out beautifully detailed. The fine grain really lets the sharpness shine through even in the shadows.
