Tiffen 85B Colour Conversion Filter
Category: Camera Filters
Using tungsten-balanced film outside? This 85B filter warms things up to kill that blue cast and bring your colours back to life.
What It Does: Converts 5500K daylight down to 3200K tungsten balance—so your outdoor shots look natural and cinematic, not like you filmed them in a freezer!
Built with Tiffen's ColorCore technology, the warming filter is sealed between two layers of optical glass for rock-solid colour accuracy every time you shoot. Don't waste your time with cheap junk filters, choose premium quality from Tiffen!
The Details: This filter has a 1.6x factor, so you'll need to open up about 2/3 of a stop. Easy trade-off for gorgeous, accurate colour.
Film shooters love the 85B for getting that classic cinematic look with stocks like Kodak Vision 3 500T. Whether you're shooting stills or motion picture, this filter delivers the goods.
